Pricing includes all of the planning for your session, my time at your photo session, editing and an online gallery with the digital images from your session ready for you to download. A $50 non-refundable retainer will be due when you sign your contract to secure your date and time. Your gallery will be ready within three weeks of your session and will include a print release. Professional prints can also be purchased directly from your gallery from a professional photo lab.
Additional charges will apply for travel for locations exceeding 40 mile radius of Newbury Park, Ca (91320).

When to go with a Mini Family Session
Families that include adults and older children will have an easier time knocking out photographs quickly. They take direction easily and will be able to compose themselves in order to get a shot and move on to the next one.
If the last time you took family photos was from six months to a year ago, you probably don’t need or want much variety. You will likely only need a few posed photographs to update the pictures in a selection of frames, and therefore won’t need much time to get the shot.
If you are limited on time or availability.
When to go with a Full Family Session
Families that include young children. Kids can be difficult to round up and to make sit or stand still. A simple task like smiling can be near impossible for some kids. A full session will give young children the time they need to get comfortable and start playing.
If you have a group of 6 or more people.
If you want options. A full session means I will have nearly double the time to capture photographs. In the end, you will have more shots to choose from for print. This is the best choice for a family who has yet to have family photos, or has not had their photos updated recently.
For more control over the session. If you want to have a say on the posing, if you want an outfit change or if you want multiple backgrounds in your photos. All of this should be taken into consideration, because all of the above is nearly impossible to achieve during a mini. There simply isn’t enough time!
When to go with a Newborn Family Session
Newborn family sessions are done in-home with the whole family and will include some posed individual photos of your newest addition. I recommend booking this session when your newborn is between 5 to 14 days old. It can be easier to pose your baby when they are in that sleepy newborn state in the first two weeks. Props are not included in this session.
